Jerry Richardson

Jerry was born in the center of the known universe, Cameron, Texas. His father, Doc Richardson, was the town physician, so young Jerry had access to most any pharmaceuticals he wanted or needed as a boy. He avoided the temptations of illicit drugs and graduated from Cameron Yoe High School, then Baylor University.

Jerry eventually married his childhood sweetheart, Donna of Cameron, and moved to Plano, Texas. In his spare time, Jerry builds mobile homes, some of which may be coming soon to a trailer park near you.

Jerry plays guitar and sings for Black Bean Incident, and for his church choir, under an assumed name.

 Leigh Taylor

Leigh was born in the Ohio River Valley near Louisville, Kentucky, but has spent most of her life in Texas.  A multi-instrumentalist, Leigh plays bass, guitar, and hammered dulcimer. She takes after her mother, singing in her church choir and adding harmony vocals to Black Bean Incident.

Leigh currently resides in the Land of Gar, and teaches science to third, fourth, and fifth grade students.

Brad Waters

Brad was born in the Ozark Mountain region of these great United States. After he was abducted by aliens, Brad’s parents decided to move the family to Wichita, Seattle, and then Dallas, in an attempt to stay one step ahead of the kidnappers.

In order to build a better life for himself and his family, Brad began a career in architecture at age 14. After attending four elementary schools, three junior high schools, two high schools, and two universities, he managed to graduate to more important endeavors, such as chasing women and songwriting – two mutually informative pastimes.

Brad plays guitar, bass, and sings for Black Bean Incident, when his band mates allow.
